How to verify this is the right power supply
Check the label on your original QNAP adapter. It should read Output: 12V DC ⎓ 10A with a center-positive polarity symbol. The barrel connector measures 4-pin DIN (Kycon KPPX-4P). If your adapter shows different values, it is not the right model.

Which power supply does the QNAP TS-419P+ use?
The TS-419P+ is powered by an external 12V DC adapter (120W). The original QNAP adapter can be replaced by any 12V DC adapter with the same barrel connector, correct polarity and at least the same wattage.
